Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Baking Operations: Proof and bake the daily supply of Italian, Wheat, and herb breads, as well as our signature cookies.
- Morning Prep: Wash, slice, and pan fresh tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and green peppers for the lunch rush.
- Store Setup: Turn on the sandwich line chillers, boot up the POS system, and ensure the lobby is ready for guests.
- Morning Service: Provide fast, friendly service to our breakfast and early lunch customers as soon as the doors open.
