Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly outgoing, organized, and energetic individuals to join our weekend hospitality team. As a Weekend Guest Services Associate, you will manage the front desk, coordinate the waitlist, and escort guests to their bays. You will serve as the first point of contact, delivering the signature high-energy hospitality that sets Topgolf apart in the entertainment industry. This is a dynamic, highly social role perfect for outgoing personalities who want a fun weekend gig.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Lobby Management: Greet massive weekend crowds enthusiastically, checking in reservations and managing walk-in expectations accurately.
• Waitlist Coordination: Utilize our proprietary software to quote accurate wait times and text guests when their hitting bay is ready.
• Guest Escorting: Walk groups to their bays, providing a brief, exciting overview of the safety rules and how to use the gaming software.
• Vibe Maintenance: Keep the lobby and front desk area immaculate, answer phone inquiries, and assist the events team with large party check-ins.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and walk continuously between the lobby and hitting bays.
