Job Summary

We are actively seeking responsible, highly organized, and trustworthy individuals to join our leadership team. As a Part-Time Lead Cashier, you will process customer transactions, perform store opening/closing procedures, and supervise other associates on the floor. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Hold the store keys to execute secure opening and closing procedures, including arming/disarming the security system.
• Financial Integrity: Perform cash register voids, process returns, count the safe, and prepare daily bank deposits with absolute accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Direct part-time Sales Associates in their daily tasks, including assigning freight recovery aisles and ensuring checkout lines are managed.
• Customer Service Excellence: Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and step in to ring up customers during peak rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Physical stamina with the continuous ability to stand, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds safely throughout the shift.
