- Outdoor Order Taking: Walk the drive-thru line, listen clearly over car engines, and punch in highly customized coffee orders rapidly into the POS tablet.
- Window Handoff: Greet customers at the window, process their payment, hand off hot beverages safely, and ensure they leave smiling.
- Beverage Crafting: Rotate onto the "Pit" to pull espresso shots, steam milk, and blend Freezes specifically for the drive-thru queue.
- Speed Metrics: Work collaboratively with the team to keep drive-thru window times under strict targets without sacrificing the legendary customer connection.
