Job Summary

We are actively seeking incredibly friendly, fast-moving, and versatile individuals to join our weekend team. As a Weekend Crew Member, you will rotate tasks every hour—from running the register to stocking the frozen aisle to creating stunning displays. You will serve as the face of the neighborhood, delivering the signature "Wow" customer service that sets Trader Joe's apart in the grocery industry. This is a highly active role perfect for those who want a fun, fast-paced weekend job.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Register Operations: Operate the checkout lane with lightning speed while engaging in genuine, fun conversations with weekend shoppers.
• Freight Packing: Break down incoming pallets and restock the shelves, rotating highly perishable items like produce and dairy rapidly.
• Customer Assistance: Proactively help customers find items, offer recipe suggestions, and answer the bell calls for immediate assistance at the front.
• Store Art & Recovery: Keep the store immaculate, collect shopping carts from the lot, and help maintain the beautiful, hand-drawn sign displays.
