Job Summary
We are searching for early birds who are highly organized and efficient. You will arrive before opening to bake bread, prep cookies, slice fresh produce, and turn on all equipment. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Baking Operations: Proof and bake the daily supply of Italian, Wheat, and herb breads, as well as our signature cookies.
- Morning Prep: Wash, slice, and pan fresh tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and green peppers for the lunch rush.
- Store Setup: Turn on the sandwich line chillers, boot up the POS system, and ensure the lobby is ready for guests.
- Morning Service: Provide fast, friendly service to our breakfast and early lunch customers as soon as the doors open.
