As a Part-Time Distribution Center Associate, you will be responsible for packing out freight, sorting merchandise by store location, and loading outbound trailers. - Trailer Loading: Play "Tetris" inside outbound 53-foot trailers, safely stacking boxes from floor to ceiling to maximize space and prevent transit damage.
- Packing & Ticketing: Unpack bulk vendor cartons and separate items into smaller store-friendly quantities, occasionally applying price tickets.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate constantly with forklift operators and floor managers to resolve jams or report damaged merchandise immediately.
