- Sanitize Kitchen: Clean 4 fry stations and prep tables using approved sanitizing chemicals daily.
- Manage Inventory: Count and stock 30 walk-in freezer items before morning shift handoff.
- Operate POS: Process 150 plus drive-thru orders accurately using the touch-screen register.
